Marriage - Minnesota Style

So I'm finally back from my little excursion to the Mid-West visiting my best friend, Janelle, because she was getting married on May 3rd! I went over there a few days before and helped do preparations for her big day. It was so much fun! Every day was quite full and busy, but it was for such a fun reason!

She looked absolutely beautiful and we had a blast. The ceremony and reception went perfectly (with the exception of a handful of wedding crashers; people actually do that?!) Anyway, here are a few pics from her big day.



This is Janelle and her then-fiance Steve. We went out a few nights before the wedding and just hung out and burned off some steam.

This is the wedding cake. The topper was bride and groom bobble-heads! It was hilarious and very fitting.

The bride and groom all dressed and ready! Her dress was beautiful! It had gorgeous detailing gathered at her left side with tons of sparkling beads! And there were satin buttons and more beads going all the way down her back and train.

The bride and her maid of honor -- ME! We had so much fun! I am so happy for her! I love you, Sunshine!
